How does it work?Pick what you want to be cleaned, book the best time for you, we'll send a confirmation and you'll get an email asking to rate your clean! You can manage your booking on My Account on this website.

Why do you use my equipment?To make it more affordable for you, our cleaners will use your hoover and cleaning substances. Another reason for that is we know that one size does not fit all, and some families prefer specific cleaning detergents to others. If you are short of stock for detergents, you are able to just add it to your booking.

Do I need to sign a contract?Nope! We know that things can change in the long term, so don't expect our clients to commit to contracts. The majority of our customers sign up for weekly cleans, and make the one-off changes for holidays on their account.

Do I need to be at home?No, not necessarily! As long as you let us know in your booking how to get in. Often, our customers like to return home to a nice clean home, after a long and hard day.

Can I have a life instead of cleaning?Oh yes. It's the reason we exist!
